Just finished up this hardtail and tank mount for a Christmas present...

Not so rigid

Our customer was looking for a little comfort in his ride. He had us use some chopper shox and a new seat hinge to make it a little less abusive on his back. Now before anyone talks shit this old boy has been riding rigids for years and rides the shit out of them.

Progress Report

Frame in the Jig before we cut the nech out for the new H.D. neck.
New neck all in and welded.
Girder frontend installed.
Rough mock up. The customer is looking for a loose interpretation of the Sugar Bear bike featured in Custom Bike June 1977.

Another picture. Now we are going to get the sheet metal done and start hammering out some of the little stuff.

Honda Time

We are doing a Honda 750 at the shop. Same frame as Duane's. We just changed the neck and fixed a bent section of the frame. I will get up some pictures of this project soon.
